Emirates Culinary Guild sends team to FHAM 2025 Global Culinary Challenge 7th - 9th of September 2025 at CENTRAL PARK, HULHUMALE, MALDIVES

The Emirates Culinary Guild would like to announce that a team of young chefs and senior chefs will represent the United Arab Emirates under the Emirates Culinary Guilds banner at this years Food Hotel Maldives.
These competitions are so important for preparing our culinary teams for international competitions and also gives them a great opportunity to perform on the international culinary stage.
Guild President Alan Orreal, Senior vice president EKFC, added “ this year’s competition in Maldives is the 4th time we take a team and we are proud of the young chefs, we are lucky to have great competition partners and we thank the management of Deep Seafood, LE PAIN FRANCAIS, S.H Ali Trading and Simply Gourmet for their incredible support to be able to make this happen.
The team is made up of young and senior chefs from our Abu Dhabi chefs led by Chef Sanjeewa Chamil, our Chairman of Abu Dhabi & District. The senior chefs lead the chefs team of:

The chefs will compete in a series of Hot cooking and static display classes and we thank their chefs and hotels management for their support to the team.
